Our on-line form is a
booking application form and accommodation is subject to
vacancies. When we receive your application we will contact you
as soon as possible (usually the same day).

Our tariffs are as published
on the website and no supplements of any kind are added later.
Occasionally, however, booking through a third-party agency will
incur a charge (usually 10%). If this occurs we will pay half of
the extra charge. This will be explained fully to you at the time
of booking.

We will normally require a
deposit of approximately one-third of the total. This can be paid
by debit/credit card or by a cheque in the post. Your booking is
provisional until this deposit is received, whereupon you will
receive a confirmation of your booking by post. If your deposit
is not received within 14 days (unless different arrangements
have been agreed) your booking will be automatically cancelled.
Please note: Deposits are
non-refundable.

Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to your
arrival date will result in one half of your balance being
charged.
